Few years ago, songstress and self proclaimed 'Queen Of The Nile' Jackie Chandiru had taken Ugandan music industry by storm with mega hits like, 'Gold digger' that topped chats allover Uganda.
However she was addicted to drugs that eventually saw her varnish from the limelight only to steal headlines for her worrying health state that forced many to pronounce her dead on several occasions.
Jackie Chandiru was sent to rehab for sometime and was discharged after completing her rehabilitation.
She looks reformed and she is ready for a comeback to reclaim her throne as the best female artiste in Uganda.
In a recent interview with one of the leading media outlets, Jackie appreciated Sheebah's efforts and hardwork but warned her to tighten her seatbelts because she is back to claim her throne.
"The best female artiste at the moment is undoubtly Sheebah. She has worked hard and I respect her so much but I am back for my crown. I am the best here and I need my rightful position back," Jackie Chandiru told the interviewer.
Jackie Chandiru recently released her a single titled, 'Mi ora ku', and she has already recorded a song with Jose Chameleone.
She will resume her public performance this Thursday at Plaza building based Club Amnesia where she will entertain campusers at Amnesia Campus Night.
